The Role

Social “Host” & Content Lead (Volunteer)

Are you a natural-born storyteller with a knack for making people feel like family? We are looking for a high-energy, creative soul to join our team as a Social Host & Content Manager. This isn’t just a role; it’s the heartbeat of our community.

The Mission

Your goal is twofold: ensure our guests have the time of their lives and capture those magic moments to share with the world.

What You’ll Do

• The Ultimate Host: Lead our casual social hours and evening events. You’ll be the “ice-breaker-in-chief,” checking in on guests and ensuring everyone is included and comfortable.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging Reels, TikToks, and photography that showcase the camp’s unique spirit.
• Vibe Management: Use your creativity to animate our evenings—whether it’s a spontaneous game night, and evening outings or just having a chat.
• Community Building: Act as the bridge between the staff and guests, fostering an atmosphere that feels like a home away from home.

Who You Are

• Socially Fearless: You can talk to anyone and have a natural gift for hospitality.
• Creative Eye: You know what makes a Reel go viral and have a “pro-phone” or camera aesthetic.
• Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions to start the party or hit record.
• Equipment: Having your own camera/gear is a major plus, though we provide basic equipment.

Required: English (Fluent)

• Bonus Points: French or German. If you can “vibe” in multiple languages, we want to hear from you!
